Hey there - Tara & Ted here!
We hope you are all enjoying the crisp fall air & the familiar scent of pumpkin spice.
As I am sure most of you know, there have been quite a number of changes this year for me and the business you have grown to know and trust. I SO appreciate you navigating them with me!
The biggest reason for the growth and change I made was you - my clients! You wanted the best care possible for your four-legged family members and it was my goal to always make that happen.
However, when things grow and expand, sometimes there can be a loss of personal connection. So I thought it was important for me to personally reach out to you and make sure you know that while our location & services may change, the kind of care you have wanted and expected from me will always be the same!
Part of the reason for this letter is that I miss seeing your familiar faces!
I knew that moving from a home base to a store front would be a risk. A lot of you came to me specifically because of that in-home environment I was able to provide your pups while you were away. ‘Facilities’ & ‘Commercial Spaces’ can seem cold and sterile - The furthest thing from the warm and cozy house you might imagine. But that’s not the case here at our new Centre!
It was my goal from day 1 to run our new space exactly like I did before. Our furry guests continue to have the ultimate kennel-free choice with couches to sleep on, large comfy beds for nap time and yes - They Can Even Still Sleep In Bed With Me! That’s right - unlike a lot of other places, 24/7 in-person care is always provided for your dogs while they are with me! In addition, I still only accept a Limited Number of guests (4) for boarding at any time, allowing me to continue to provide the specialized care and attention to detail that you’ve always known and loved.
With the seasons changing and as you begin to think about upcoming trips or special occasions, I hope you’ll consider returning to Terra Nova Canines and giving our new location a try - I know you won’t be disappointed!
